  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable graymap as input.  Does an "oil transfer",
  16.           and writes a portable graymap as output.

  18.           The oil transfer is described in "Beyond Photography" by
  19.           Holzmann, chapter 4, photo 7.  It's a sort of localized
  20.           smearing.

  22.      OPTIONS
  23.           The optional -n flag controls the size of the area smeared.
  24.           The default value is 3.

  27.           Takes a long time to run.
